Shipping & Delivery Information

1. Shipping Areas

Bennad Fine Gemstones offers international shipping, provided that delivery to the respective destination country is possible, permitted, and feasible by the contracted shipping provider. Delivery to package stations or post office boxes is not possible.

Shipping is typically handled by FedEx or another suitable shipping provider. Certain destination countries may be excluded from delivery or may be temporarily unavailable due to sanctions, political developments, security situations, customs regulations, or operational restrictions. Countries currently excluded from delivery or subject to delivery restrictions include, among others, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Somalia, Russia, and Belarus, as well as other countries and territories.

We will verify specific availability on a case-by-case basis during the shipping process.

2. Shipping Costs Based on Order Value and Destination Region

We ship our gemstones securely packaged within Germany, to the European Union, and worldwide.

Shipping costs apply to orders with a value of up to 5,000 euros.

For orders up to 500 euros in value, we charge the following flat-rate shipping fees:

Germany: 29 euros
European Union: 49 euros
Worldwide: 79 euros

For orders with a merchandise value of 500 euros or more, we charge the following flat-rate shipping fees:

Germany: 59 euros
European Union: 79 euros
Worldwide: 99 euros

3. Free Shipping for Orders of 5,000 Euros or More

For orders with a value of 5,000 euros or more, we will cover the shipping costs, provided that shipping via a suitable standard shipping method is possible, permitted, and insurable.

For particularly high-value gemstones, specific destination countries, or cases where insurance coverage is limited, specialized individual high-value shipping may be required. In such cases, we will review the appropriate shipping method on a case-by-case basis. If individual high-value shipping is necessary and this results in additional costs, we will transparently disclose these costs before the order is finalized. In this case, shipping will not take place until the appropriate shipping method and associated costs have been agreed upon.

4. Insured Shipping and High-Value Shipping

Shipping is handled by a suitable shipping provider and, where available, includes shipping insurance commensurate with the value of the goods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective shipping provider.

Please note that gemstones, as valuable items, may be subject to special shipping conditions, liability limits, and potential exclusions. For higher-value shipments, specialized high-value shipping may therefore be required.

5. Processing Time After Receipt of Payment

Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual cases, the gemstone and the accompanying documents and certificates will be shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

6. Delivery Times

Based on our experience, delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days, and within the European Union, 4–6 business days.

For deliveries outside the European Union, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, regulatory inspections, and local delivery conditions.

7. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For shipments within the European Union, import charges generally do not apply.

For shipments outside the European Union, additional costs may apply. These include, in particular, customs duties, import sales taxes, import fees, shipping provider handling fees, or other country-specific or government-imposed charges.

These additional costs are not included in our shipping fees and are not covered by Bennad Fine Gemstones. They are the responsibility of the customer and are levied, depending on the destination country, by the relevant customs or tax authorities or by the contracted shipping provider.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves about any import regulations, customs duties, taxes, prohibitions, restrictions, and other charges in the respective destination country before placing an order.

8. Delays Due to Customs, Government Agencies, or Customer Information

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, government inspections, or security checks.

Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer may also delay delivery. These circumstances are beyond our control and may extend the specified delivery time accordingly.

Bennad Fine Gemstones assumes no liability for delays, additional costs, or the non-delivery of a shipment to the extent that these are attributable to customs, tax, or import regulations of the destination country, official measures, or incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer, and for which Bennad Fine Gemstones is not responsible.
