This exceptionally distinctive, natural, and untreated tourmaline, weighing 3.11 ct, was carved from a rough crystal weighing 8.21 ct. Its special appeal lies in a distinctly pronounced color gradient ranging from blue-green through yellowish hues to brown, which gives the stone a very unique and ever-changing appearance.

The blue-green side of the tourmaline is particularly striking. Here, the stone develops a beautiful brilliance and a vibrant play of light that clearly highlights its cooler hue. As the stone progresses, the blue-green color first transitions into yellowish shades and eventually into a warmer brown tone. This creates an intriguing contrast between cool and warm color areas.
