This exquisite natural and untreated iolite, weighing 0.41 ct, was cut from the same 26.97 ct rough crystal. Together with its 2.14 ct octagon-cut sister stone and its 1.84 ct cushion-cut sister stone, it originated from the same original crystal. Despite its smaller size, it displays a particularly beautiful, clear violet-blue color.

The iolite is eye-clean and highly transparent. It is precisely this clarity that makes the violet-blue appear open, fresh, and elegant. Depending on the angle of the light, individual areas appear slightly bluer or more violet, giving the stone a subtle, vibrant depth.

Its clear, transparent appearance is particularly appealing. Light penetrates the crystal easily and brings out the violet-blue color exceptionally well, despite the stone’s light weight. As a result, the stone has a much stronger visual presence than its small size might initially suggest.

The superbly executed teardrop cut combines a softly rounded base with an elegantly tapering tip.
