This natural, untreated aquamarine, weighing 1.21 ct, was cut from a rough crystal weighing 5.98 ct.

Its very delicate light blue hue gives it a refined, fresh, and almost weightless appearance. The color is understated and elegant, emphasizing the stone’s clear, open appearance.

Slight natural features are visible inside the stone, which are much less noticeable to the naked eye than in the macro photograph. There is also a small inclusion at the edge, though it is barely visible to the naked eye.

The pear cut beautifully accentuates its soft color and produces bright, delicate reflections. The brilliance is pleasantly vibrant, yet appears somewhat calmer and more subdued than in some of our particularly luminous aquamarines.

It is precisely this combination of a very delicate light blue, good transparency, and a soft play of light that gives the stone a calm, natural elegance.
